Due to the current government advice on social distancing, we are not currently meeting at either of our sites until further notice.
You can, however, join us via our live stream on Sunday mornings.
We Meet Sundays, 10:30am at Penge and 11am at Crystal Palace.
When you arrive you will be greeted by our welcome team who will be able to answer any questions you may have and help you to connect with all that’s available at Christ Central.
We have excellent Crèche and Sunday school facilities for babies and children as we consider their experience of church to be as important as that of the adults.
We are all at different places in our journey and we want to provide an environment where you can feel comfortable to explore faith at your own pace.
Our main aim is to encounter God and learn how to follow Him better – anything that helps us do that is in! During the services we want to express our love to God, so individuals often pray or sing out loud, raise their hands or share what they think God is saying to us.
We've all had the 'first Sunday in church' experience and know what it's like. No one is put under pressure to do anything they feel uncomfortable with and you don't need to know the songs or anything about the Bible to feel welcome.
We like to have refreshments at the end of our gatherings, so please feel welcome to stick around and have a chat and get to know a few people.

We believe that the children are not just the church of tomorrow but the church of today, so we love to see them enjoying God in worship and sharing what they feel He is saying or doing in their lives.
At Christ Central we love to see our children have fun, form friendships and most importantly meet with Jesus. Our vision is to work alongside parents to lay a foundation in our children’s lives to see them become fully devoted to God and get excited about what God has planned for their lives.
Penge:
Simply check your children in at the information point when you arrive. If it is your first Sunday you will need to register your child at the information point and you will be told where your child’s group is. The children stay in the main meeting for the first 35 minutes of the service, then a message will appear on the screens to let you know it’s time to take them to their groups.
Crystal Palace:
As we currently have limited facilities available, children are welcome to stay in with the adults for the duration of the service. We do have a small area available below where we meet where we have activities and games available.
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting starts so you can park and find a seat. Our morning meeting begins at 10:30am at Penge and 11am at Crystal Palace.
Our services last approximately an hour and a half.
We have a fantastic children’s work from Crèche to Youth. Ask a member of the welcome team about your child’s age group when you arrive.
You are welcome at Christ Central just as you are. You’ll see people in jeans and t-shirt, in shirt and tie, and everything in between!
You can sit wherever you feel comfortable. If you have difficulty locating a seat or need assistance, the Welcome Team is there to help you.
Yes, we have full disabled access and facilities at our building in Penge and at our venue in Crystal Palace. We also have a hearing loop and sign language at Penge for those hard of hearing.
